Pay Range: $17.84 to $24.96

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Distribution Division is looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and detail-oriented support center coworker to manage our breakrooms. The responsibilities associated with this position require the ability to restock breakrooms, rotate products, order products, and cleaning of equipment. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is comfortable completing a variety of clerical duties, physically stocking products including soda bibs up to 40 pounds, and operational support responsibilities. This individual will need to possess ability to be self-driven to complete tasks in a timely manner. This individual will also need to have a valid driver’s license in order to drive a company vehicle from building to building to take care of the division’s breakroom needs.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Verifying order accuracy.

Pulling expired product dates.

Working in multiple systems to request credit or report damage

Provide support / assistance to warehouse/operation Managers/Supervisors.

Verify temperatures for Food Safety Quality Assurance.

Flexibility to schedule when we have coworker update meetings.
Qualifications:
-
Two or more years in an administrative / support role or equivalent experience / education / or relevant warehouse experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

Strong problem solving skills

Self-motivated

Accurate / detail oriented

Ability to process, interpret, and communicate both verbal and written information to co-workers and customers in a professional manner

Ability to work with others in a team-based atmosphere

Ability to stock shelves, rotate products, clean equipment, and change out soda bibs, which can weigh around 40 pounds.

Work in a fast-paced, safety conscious environment

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and comfort with computers and office equipment.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday daytime shift 7am to 3:30pm.
