Pay Range: $17.84 to $24.96 

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

 

This position supports the accurate and timely fulfillment of Kwik Trip’s proprietary card programs, including credit, debit, prepaid, gift, fundraising, and car wash cards. The role coordinates card production, inventory, vendor communication, mailing support, and process improvements to help deliver a positive experience for guests and internal partners.
What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate daily card fulfillment activities for Kwik Card, Commercial Kwik Card, gift card, fundraising, and car wash card programs.
  • Process replacement, renewal, expiration, and guest-related card orders accurately and within service standards.
  • Maintain inventory of card stock, collateral materials, and fulfillment supplies to prevent service disruptions.
  • Support billing statement, returned mail, and collections-related mailings.
  • Work with internal departments and third-party vendors on card production, mailing, inventory, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor workflows and recommend improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
