Pay Range: $95,732.26 to $143,598.52
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
As a Leadership Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by delivering high-impact leadership programs. You’ll facilitate learning experiences, coach leaders through change, and manage projects that support strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on empowering others and connecting learning to real-world outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver leadership development programs aligned with company goals
- Facilitate sessions across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content relevance
- Manage logistics, scheduling, materials, and communications
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Coach leaders using certified methodologies to support performance and career growth
- Support change management initiatives through applied learning
- Stay current on leadership trends and adult learning principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field (required)
- Graduate degree preferred
- Leadership Coaching Certification or equivalent (required)
- 4–6 years in management or leadership roles
- 2–4 years in leadership development or training delivery
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management and problem-solving abilities
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy
- Ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences for senior leadership
- Strategic mindset with a passion for developing leaders
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
