Pay Range: $20.55 to $29.82 

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

 

Kwik Trip, Inc. is looking for an IT Sourcing and Procurement Coordinator to assist in managing inventory levels and purchasing IT hardware, software, cameras, and DVRs for Kwik Trip. This role maintains and tracks purchases within defined IT budgets, monitors vendor lead times, and works with the IT Procurement Supervisor to ensure all equipment is available for new builds and remodeling projects.
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Analyze and maintain IT equipment and consumables inventory levels
  • Use asset management systems to trigger reorder notifications
  • Forecast equipment needs and schedule purchases with vendors
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendor lead times and deliveries
  • Conduct purchase requisitions, reconcile invoices, and resolve order issues
  • Craft purchase orders and expedite backorders as needed
  • Collaborate with IT Procurement Supervisor on budgeting and planning
  • Communicate lead time challenges to IT management
  • Oversee product liquidation, ensuring secure data destruction and maximizing equipment value
  • Assess vendors through visits, interviews, and quality analysis
Must-Have Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory management or procurement
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of inventory control, supply chain, and demand planning
