Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.34 
Shift: Variable

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Dishwasher - Maintenance:

To support the efforts of the Restaurant Leader in maintaining a quality dining experience for our customers in a profitable manner for Kwik Trip, Inc. To maintain a supply of clean serving dishes and preparation utensils. Maintain a quality restaurant image through courteous customer services, prompt attention to tables, and restaurant cleanliness.

Job Description

• Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided to all customers at all times 
  and restaurant standards are maintained.
• Ensure that a supply of clean serving dishes and preparation utensils are available at all times.
• Respond to coworkers concerns in a professional and pro-active manner.
• Report to work for assigned shifts wearing uniform which complies with standards.
• Maintain positive restaurant image and standards. 
• Continually monitor restaurant for cleanliness.
• Clears and cleans tables as soon as customers leave.
• Controls breakage of dishes.
• Ensure that all shift duties are completed and additional time is used effectively.
• Dishes put away, mopping, sweeping, garbage, bathrooms.
• Assist wait staff as needed.
• Notify restaurant leader of any physical maintenance needs.
• Assist with the maintenance checklist as specified by company policy.
• Follow all Kwik Trip, Inc. safety standards.
