Pay Range: $17.84 to $24.96
Shift: Daytime
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Fleet Maintenance Shop is looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and change oriented support co-worker. Because the responsibilities associated with this position may change frequently, we are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is comfortable completing a wide variety of clerical, administrative, and operational support responsibilities. Currently, the selected individual will provide administrative support for the Fleet Maintenance Shop.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the budgeting process planning
- Complete period-end reports for various departments
- Provide support / assistance to operation Managers/Supervisors with new hire orientations, annual co-worker trainings, and department meetings
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering, routing, and directing incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Prepare e-mails, interoffice memorandums, faxes, and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Two or more years in an administrative / support role or equivalent experience / education / or relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Strong problem solving skills
- Self-motivated
- Accurate / detail oriented
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Ability to process, interpret, and communicate both verbal and written information to co-workers and customers in a professional manner
- Ability to work with others in a team based atmosphere
- Work in a fast paced, safety conscious environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specially Excel, and comfort with computer / office equipment is required
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm
